Noëlla Pontois – Divine étoile

Noëlla Pontois is one of the most discreet prima ballerinas in the history of dance. Anti-star, anti-rhinestone, she nevertheless marked her time with her grace, without artifice, without bling-bling. Her tenacity, her work, her professionalism, her naturalness and above all the purity of her style have led her to be coveted by the greatest, from Nureyev to Dupond, via Franchetti and Legris. Today, it seems entirely fitting to pay tribute to her immense contributions through an exhibition. As a centre for art and dance, Éléphant Paname was the natural venue for this event.
